By accessing, registering, or using any part of the wrbos platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other interface provided by wrbos — you automatically express your full consent and acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. wrbos reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for the latest updates.

Wrbos services are only available to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not a resident or citizen of a country where online gambling is prohibited.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling program.
• Acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on the instructions of a third party.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Wrbos reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been created by underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all balances and pending winnings will be forfeited.

Rollover Requirements (Wagering)

• Each promotion has a stated validity period — bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

• The user provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• A request has been made by the relevant legal authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the wrbos support team. Valid balances will be returned after the review process is complete.

WRBOS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses suffered by users as a result of:

• Service disruptions or downtime beyond wrbos's control.
• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
• Unauthorized access to a user account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting access to the platform.
